The Children are our FUTURE...

After FIVE long years, I was once again able to be with children! I was blessed to be invited as a guest lecturer at the Swedish Church of Paris on May 2, 2009. On the said lecture, I was able to share to the students the Filipino heritage and also the health care status of children in our country. These children realized at the end of the presentation that not all children are like them, not all children enjoy the same blessings that they do have. That there exist a huge gap between the rich and the poor and that now, more than ever, they are willing to make a difference and make this world a better place to live.

Leonardo di ser Piero da Vinci (it-Leonardo di ser Piero da Vinci.ogg pronunciation , April 15, 1452 – May 2, 1519) was an Italian polymath, being a scientist, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, painter, sculptor, architect, botanist, musician and writer. Leonardo has often been described as the archetype of the renaissance man, a man whose unquenchable curiosity was equaled only by his powers of invention.[1] He is widely considered to be one of the greatest painters of all time and perhaps the most diversely talented person ever to have lived.[2] Helen Gardner says "The scope and depth of his interests were without precedent...His mind and personality seem to us superhuman, the man himself mysterious and remote"

One of the HIGHLIGHT of this vacation is my trip to Normandie and Honfleur with Jimmy and Helen! I was blessed to visit this wonderful, AMAZING place! Everything I saw and experienced in this place is worth remembering. I asked myself once again, where was I all these years? Being in this place is just another proof how the wonders of God works... He really knows how to AMAZE His children!
